Terms and Conditions

• Registration for the Glitch Winter Camp is on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Full payment (weekly/sibling/day pass) must be made before the start of the camp.
• The Camp runs from 16th December 2024 to 5th January 2025 from 10 AM to 3 PM, from Monday to Friday. 
• Campers with allergies or medical conditions must inform the camp staff in advance.
• In case of illness or emergency, parents/guardians will be contacted immediately.
• Campers are expected to follow the camp rules and guidelines.
• Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in the camper being asked to leave the camp.
• Qualified staff members will supervise the camp activities.
• Campers will be supervised during all the camp activities and mealtimes.
• Glitch may take photographs or videos of camp activities for promotional purposes that will be used across different media.
• By enrolling your child in the camp, you grant permission for your child to be photographed or recorded.
• Glitch reserves the right to suspend or terminate program participation for any user who violates the Terms and Conditions.
• Payment can be made at the Glitch reception on Level 2, Al Ghurair Centre.
• Parents/ guardians are responsible for promptly dropping off and picking up their child.
• Only children born between January 1, 2012, and December 31, 2020, are eligible to participate.
