SAFETY AND LIABILITY:

Our family entertainment center is a place for fun and excitement, but incidents can occur. We take guest safety very seriously and ask you to be cautious while using our facilities. Guests are responsible for their own safety and their children's safety. Please adhere to all safety rules and follow the instructions provided by our staff.

RULES AND REGULATIONS:

Rules and Regulations are guidelines established by authorities to manage behavior, activities, and processes within a specific area. Their purpose is to maintain order, ensure fairness, protect individuals' rights and safety, and promote effective functioning. Rules specify what is allowed or forbidden, while regulations are official laws that enforce compliance with standards and legal requirements.

• Height Requirement- in family entertainment centers (FEC) are specific limitations on the minimum or maximum height of guests allowed to participate in certain attractions or activities. These restrictions are put in place to ensure the safety of participants, meet operational requirements, and comply with regulatory standards.

 

• Exception- Guests with any medical condition or special needs can use the rides with a Special Needs Pass issued by the Dubai Health Authority. These guests will be required to provide a physician’s certification stating they can use these rides. Click here for more information.

 

• Ride Supervision- in family entertainment centers (FEC) refers to the oversight and management of amusement rides and attractions by trained personnel to ensure the safety, smooth operation, and guest satisfaction. It involves monitoring the operation of rides, enforcing safety protocols, and helping guests as needed.

 

• Safety Harnesses & Restraints – and restraints in family entertainment centers (FEC) are devices used to secure guests during rides and attractions to prevent them from falling or being injured. These safety mechanisms are essential to ensure the safety and well-being of participants, adhere to regulatory standards, and maintain operational integrity.

 

• Weight Restrictions: Guests must meet the minimum weight restriction of each ride, which will be clearly marked at the entrance of the ride.

Guests must pay all fees and charges for the use of our facilities and services. These fees and charges are subject to change without notice. We accept cash and most major credit cards for payment.
