At Glitch, we’re committed to providing a fun and exciting experience for all our guests. While we prioritize safety, please remember that participation in our activities is at your own risk. Guests are responsible for their own safety as well as the safety of their children at all times. We ask that you follow all posted safety rules and any instructions given by our staff to help ensure a safe and enjoyable visit for everyone.

RULES AND REGULATIONS:

At Glitch, our Rules and Regulations are designed to ensure a safe, fair, and enjoyable experience for everyone. These guidelines help maintain order, protect our guests’ rights and safety, and support the smooth operation of our facility. We ask that all visitors respect and always follow these rules.

• Height Requirement - Certain attractions and activities at our Glitch Family Entertainment Center have specific height requirements. These limitations are in place to ensure the safety of all participants, comply with industry and regulatory standards, and maintain proper operation of each attraction. Please review and adhere to posted height restrictions before participating in any activity.

 

• Exception - Guests with medical conditions or special needs are welcome to enjoy our attractions with a Special Needs Pass issued by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA). To use the rides, these guests must provide a valid physician’s certification confirming they are fit to participate.

 

• Ride Supervision - All rides and attractions at our Family Entertainment Center (FEC) are monitored and managed by trained staff members to ensure safety, smooth operation, and an enjoyable experience for all guests. Our team is responsible for enforcing safety procedures, assisting guests, and ensuring that all activities run safely and efficiently.

 

• Safety Harnesses & Restraints - For your protection, our rides and attractions are equipped with approved safety harnesses and restraints. These devices are designed to keep guests securely seated and prevent injury during operation. Please follow staff instructions when fastening and checking these safety mechanisms to ensure proper use.

 

• Weight Restrictions: Each ride has specific weight requirements to ensure safe operation. Guests must meet the minimum weight restriction indicated at the entrance of each ride. Please review these guidelines carefully before participating to help us maintain a safe experience for everyone.

Fees and Payments - Guests are required to pay all applicable fees and charges for the use of our facilities and services. Please note that prices are subject to change without prior notice. For your convenience, we accept cash and most major credit cards as forms of payment.
