Terms and Conditions
- Contestants may submit a video showcasing their talent. Only stage-friendly talents such as singing, dancing, rapping, or similar skills will be accepted. Activities like biking, cycling or any other talent that is difficult to perform on stage will not be permitted.
- All entries for the campaign must be posted on the contestant’s personal social media profiles by 7th April 2025. Submissions made after this date will not be accepted. Submissions from 2024 will not be accepted. Participants must upload new entries within the designated submission period. Contestants must tag @glitcharabia and include the hashtags #UnleashTheExtraInYou and #FaceOfGlitch in their post. Participants must ensure their Instagram and Facebook account is public, and their face must be clearly visible throughout the entire video.
- The video should be up to 30 seconds in length to qualify as an entry.
- The Contestants require their parents/guardian’s permission to participate in the Campaign.
- No AI or VFX effects shall be used in the video submitted for the entry.
- Pranks of any kind shall not be entertained as submission.
- Upon entering the Campaign, the Contestants agree and consent for their video to be used across our social media and digital platforms.
- All entries must be completed in accordance with the entry process set out above. No other method of entry will be accepted. Entries which do not meet these criteria will not be considered.
- Twenty (20) finalists will be selected internally and presented for public voting, which will take place on Glitch’s social media channels from 14th to 20th April. Based on the voting results, the final 10 finalists will be announced on 21st April. These finalists must then attend the on-site activation at Glitch, located at Al Ghurair Centre, where they will showcase their talent in front of the judges and audience. The top two contestants will be awarded the grand prize of AED 25,000.
- The two finalists must visit Glitch in the first week of May on a date arranged with the company for an honorary photoshoot, where they will be officially recognized as the Face of Glitch 2025 and receive their official cheque. Participation in this photoshoot is mandatory, and failure to attend may result in forfeiting the prize. The captured images will be used for promotional purposes, with all usage rights retained by the organization unless stated otherwise. Additionally, the winners will be expected to participate in key Glitch events throughout the year and be available for any campaign shoots where the Faces of Glitch are required.

- The first names, surnames of the Finalists put through to the public vote, and the Campaign winners may be available from the date of the finalists are selected for a minimum period of one week.
- The information of the Contestants supply in connection with the Campaign (including their personal details);
- May be included in a database complied for the Campaign and will be used for the purposes of selecting the finalists;
- May also be used for inclusion and/or read out in any program produced in connection with the Campaign;
- Will not be supplied to third parties other than as is reasonably necessary to select the finalists and administer the Campaign.
- Any personal information provided by the Contestants will only be used by us which is accessible for the purposes of the Campaign or as otherwise set out in these Terms and Conditions. Personal information will be handled in compliance with applicable data protection regulations.
- By participating in this Campaign, the Contestant agrees that the Contestant has read, agrees to and accept the terms and conditions of Data Privacy available on Al Ghurair Centre’s and Glitch’s website, and the Contestant consents and authorizes us to collect, use , store, disclose and process the Contestant’s personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy terms and conditions.
- Glitch Arabia shall not accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any Contestant entering the Campaign or as a result of accepting the prize.
- Glitch Arabia is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to Contestant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Campaign.
- In the event that any Contestant does not, or is unable to, comply with and meet these Terms and Conditions and the Campaign Information, We shall be entitled at its sole discretion to disqualify such Contestant, without any further liability to such Contestant. In these circumstances, any prize won by the Contestant may be forfeited. All Contestants must comply with any directions given by us including but not limited to any and all relevant laws, rules and regulations, and where applicable.
- The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Terms and Conditions shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
- These Terms and Conditions and the Campaign Information shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates and the Dubai Courts.
The Face of Glitch Campaign (the “Campaign”) is open to all boys and girls who are aged between the age of 6 to 16 years (the “Contestants”).
However, it is important to note:
This Campaign will be run by Glitch Arabia (hereafter referred to as “Glitch", "we”, “us”, or “our”).
This Campaign is open to residents of the United Arab Emirates, except employees of Al Ghurair Investment and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the Campaign.
By entering the Campaign, the Contestants shall accept these Terms and Conditions together with any specific instructions and terms for the Campaign which may be mentioned on-air, in any electronic messages, or on the website, or communicated to Contestants in any other way (“Campaign Information”). Such Campaign Information shall prevail in the event of there being any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any Campaign Information.
Please note that any violation of any of these rules, or violation of any of the clauses in these Terms and Conditions of this Campaign, will be grounds for disqualification. In the event of disqualification, the entrant(s) will be notified as soon as the disqualification has been determined.
We reserve the right to cancel, withdraw, suspend or amend the Campaign, Campaign Information, or these Terms and Conditions without prior notice, including but not limited to, changing the dates of, postponing, or expanding the Campaign at any time and in any manner we deem fit. Any changes will be posted either within the Campaign Information or these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions were last updated on 12 March 2025.
We reserve the right to deduct points from or disqualify any entry or Contestant that does not adhere to the rules and regulations. Notwithstanding anything herein, we reserve the right to reject participation of the Contestant at any time at its sole and absolute discretion without assigning any reasons whatsoever and shall not be liable for such rejection.
We will make every effort to anticipate and address any potential situations, disputes, or issues that may arise during this Campaign. However, we reserve the right to modify, remove, or add to any rules, regulations, or policies as needed.
Any and all decision made by Glitch in relation to all matters to do with the Campaign will be final, binding and conclusive and no subsequent correspondences, appeals or enquiries will be entertained.
