• The Super Pass offer is valid from 28th October to 3rd November 2024.

• For AED 99, customers can purchase a Super Pass that entitles them to 400 points instead of the regular 200 points. 

Redemption 

• The Super Pass can be redeemed at Glitch, at Al Ghurair Centre. 
• The points can be used at the arcades, attractions, and VR games only. Bowling & Billiards are excluded from this offer. 

Limitations 

• The Super Pass is limited to one per person per day. 
• The Super Pass cannot be combined with other offers or promotions. 

Refund Policy 

• The Super Pass is non-refundable. 

Dispute Resolution 

• Any disputes arising from the Super Pass offer will be resolved at the sole discretion of Glitch. 

Eligibility 

• All participants must be dressed in Halloween costumes. 

Judging Criteria 

• Costumes will be judged based on creativity, originality, and overall impression. 
• Judges’ decisions are final. 

Competition Date 

• The Halloween Costume Competition will be held at Glitch on 1st November. 

Prizes 

• All winners of the competition will receive complimentary Glitch memberships and vouchers. 

Participation 

• All participants of the costume competition agree to be photographed and filmed for promotional purposes. 

Rules & Regulations 

• Costumes must be appropriate and respectful of others. 
• Glitch reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time. 

Liability 

• Glitch is not responsible for any injuries or losses incurred by participants during the competition. 
• By participating in the competition, participants agree to assume all risks associated with the event.
