Terms and Conditions

REGISTRATION & PAYMENT  

• Registration for the Glitch Summer Camp is on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Full payment (weekly/sibling/day pass) must be made before the start of the camp.  
• Payment can be made at the Glitch Main Admission Counter on Level 2, Al Ghurair Centre.  

CAMP SCHEDULE  

• The Camp runs from 8^th July to 28^th August 2026 from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, from Monday to Friday.   
• The parents/guardians are responsible for their children and must sign waivers. 

HEALTH & SAFETY  

• Campers with allergies or medical conditions must inform the camp staff in advance.  
• In case of illness or emergency, parents/guardians will be contacted immediately.  

BEHAVIOUR & DISCIPLINE  

• Campers are expected to follow the Glitch summer camp rules and guidelines.  
• Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in the camper being asked to leave the camp.  

SUPERVISION  

• Qualified staff members will supervise the camp activities.  
• Campers will be supervised during all the camp activities and mealtimes.  

ACTIVITIES  

• Camp activities include arts and crafts, adventures, games, arcades, or bowling.  
• Campers are encouraged to participate in all activities, but participation is voluntary.  

PERSONAL BELONGINGS  

• Campers are responsible for their personal belongings.  
• Glitch is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.  

 PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA RELEASE  

• Glitch may take photographs or videos of camp activities for promotional purposes that will be used across different media.  
• By enrolling your child in the camp, you grant permission for your child to be photographed or recorded.  

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY  

• Cancellations made 7 days before the start of the camp will receive a full refund.  
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the start of the camp.

CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS  

• Glitch reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.  
• Any changes will be communicated to parents/ guardians in advance.
